Baby Dakota – Sugar & Spice and All Things Nice!

There is no such thing as too GIRLY! I must admit, I am not the ‘girliest’ of girls, but I love some florals and sparkles any day! This session for Baby Dakota was all that and more. There was nothing that could possibly be TOO girly! This sweet little princes was made of sugar and spice and all things nice! Out came the lace and florals, the angel wings, the tutu and the princess crown. I was going all out. Dakota’s mother even brought in her beautiful wedding gown for some gorgeous shots.

The Wedding Gown

 

Special requests are part of every Full Creative Newborn Session. Baby Dakota’s mother really wanted a photograph of her little princess on her wedding dress. I am always up for a challenge and little Dakota seemed to be happy about the whole idea, giving us a little grin for the camera!

Dakota – Little Angel

 

Baby Dakota was such a little angel, in more ways than one. She slept through the whole session without a peep. She let me move her around and pose her in buckets, and still just slept through the entire session. When those angel wings came out, I knew they were made for her! She was the most precious little angel!

The Props

 

We had fun with the Props during this session. I had just recently bought some beautifully hand painted floral buckets and was excited to try them out on baby Dakota. Her nursery was a mixture of soft pinks and grey, so we also included a set up to match her nursery theme.
