This spring Magnolia Maternity Session will have you swooning!
One of the best things about my job is that I get to witness & photograph some of the most special moments in peoples lives. I don’t take that for granted at all! The icing on the cake is forming a bond with these beautiful families. I absolutely adore this family! They have allowed to me be apart of their growing family over the years. Now they have welcomed their second little baby girl into the world and I can not wait to photograph her.
Spring Magnolia
Unfortunately there are always a couple of things I can not control when it comes to shooting a session… the weather and the seasons. So when everything perfectly aligns for the most epic session, you just can not help but to be thankful. The Magnolia trees only flower for a couple of days in spring each year here in Connecticut. It has always been a gamble whenever I have tried to ‘plan’ my sessions around them. In the past it has just never worked. Either it has been raining, we get a freak frost that kills all the flowers or the timing is just totally off.
Welp, this year it was all an absolute coincidence that all the stars aligned and the timing could not have been more perfect.
Pink Magnolia Fairytale
This beautiful family was a dream to photograph. Another little girl on the way, her soft pink dress could not have matched her stunning backdrop more perfectly. I wish I could take more credit for planning this perfection out, but literally, NONE of it was me. I guess I can take some credit for the photos… haha. But seriously, tell me you are not swooning over these photos right now. They make my heart so happy!
