I can not believe it has taken me this long to get these sessions up on my BLOG. This might have been the highlight of my year! I am literally obsessed with everything vintage. Old cars, crocheted lace, antique clocks. Sometimes I wonder if I have lived through passed lives in another era.

I have always wanted a VW BUG BEETLE. Ever since my girlfriend in high school had a bright red one. So it didn’t take much convincing myself when I had the idea to purchase one for my ‘business’. I knew exactly what I wanted! After searching all over the country for my ideal VW BUG, I magically found it in the next town over from where I live. It was fate! We were meant to be together.

I have dreamed of doing SUMMER RETRO VW BUG Sessions since I first started photography. I think deep down it reminds me of all those fun high school Australian Summers.

My models were amazing. They totally got into the whole vibe and we ended up with this fun series of photos capturing the essence of summer!

 

Its a  Retro VW BUG Beetle kind of SUMMER!
