Photographing in the evening Magic Light is always my absolute favorite. But sometimes you just get so blessed with a beautiful sunset. This was one of those evenings. My studio is nestled in the woods of Bridgewater. You don’t see many people around, just horses grazing and birds chirping. A little walk up from my studio is this beautiful open field. I walk my dogs here almost every day. It is one of my happy places. There is a little dirt road that runs along the perimeter and a massive Maple Tree that must be hundreds of years old. I love watching this Maple Tree change color in the fall. It is a magnificent array of oranges and yellows. This is where I love to catch my sunset photos. The sun sets right behind the field. The big open field and cascading sunlight make for the most perfect photographs.
You could tell this beautiful family could not wait to meet their new addition to the family. Big sister was excited to have a little sibling joining her soon. We started in the studio with a couple of classic shots and then headed out into the evening light to photograph some photos amongst nature. The sunlight was glistening through the tress which still had not grown their leaves at the time. This gorgeous mother-to-be was radiant! She literally looked like a goddess standing out in that field of golden sunlight. I can not wait to meet their little baby at their Newborn Session soon! Congratulations to this beautiful family!
