When this couple contacted me about photographing their pregnancy, they knew exactly what they wanted to capture during their Maternity Session. A combination of beautiful fine art studio portraits along with some elegant outdoor on location photos. I was excited as this was exactly my style.
As a Maternity & Pregnancy Photographer, I love creating art from my photos. This couple was so comfortable in front of the camera and so much fun to photograph. The energy between them was so intense and it came through into their photographs. We put their favorite playlist on over the speakers and we all had such a great time creating beautiful images and celebrating this special time in their journey.
The studio portion of the Session was photographed in my Bridgewater, Connecticut home Studio, while the outdoor portion of the Session was photographed on the property surrounding the Studio. We were expecting it to be Spring when we scheduled their session, but Spring came late to Connecticut this year, so we had to settle for a little snow on the ground. Never the less, we were blessed with a gorgeous late winter sunset and some magical light.
Wishing these two so much happiness as they welcome their first little one into the world.
